How the magic works

Four small steps, one unforgettable morning

Everything is handled online so there's no queue on the day — just walk up, scan your Golden Ticket, and step inside.

Pick your grotto & time

Choose a location, a December date and a live time slot. We never oversell a slot, so there's no waiting.

Tell Santa about your child

Add each child, their age and a short letter. Santa reads it before you arrive — that's the real magic.

Get your Golden Ticket

Pay securely and receive an animated ticket with a QR code by email and WhatsApp instantly.

Scan, meet & treasure

Scan at the door, meet Santa, collect the gift, and download your photos the same evening.
